Package Your Gear
Place the dryrobe® in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
